耐燃藥劑雙重擴散處理單板之防焰合板性質探討

摘要


本研究以厚度0.65mm之紅柳桉及2.7mm之放射松旋切單板為試材,經九種無機鹽額(第一液)及磷酸氫二按(第二液)雙重擴散後,以MUF膠合劑單面布膠,製造4mm厚之防焰合板。除探討雙重擴散處理合板之防焰性能及其改善效應外,同時亦進行膠合強度、吸濕性及含水率等性質之檢定。單板處理後之藥劑重量增加率以硫酸鎂與及硫酸鋅配合磷酸氫二按處理者最大,而硼酸、四硼酸鈉及氧化硼配合磷酸氫二銨處理最小。試材之重量增加率隨磷酸氫二銨濃度之增加而增加。單板分別經九種無機鹽飽和溶液與三種濃度磷酸氫二銨處理所製造之防焰合板,其防焰性能均可通過CNS 8736試驗標準。依CNS 7614防焰分級,除硫酸鋒與10%磷酸氫二胺藥劑處理者為防焰3級者外,其餘處理者均可提升至防焰2級。除硫酸鋁、硫酸鎂及硫酸鋅與30%磷酸氫二銨處理者外,餘均可通過CNS 8060之Type III試驗標準;其膠合強度損失率介於9.9~74.2%。除硫酸鋁、硫酸鋅與10~30%磷酸氫二銨及硫酸鎂與20~30%磷酸氫二銨處理之八組外,餘均可通過CNS 8060之Type II膠合強度之試驗標準;其膠合強度損失率為10.5~67.7%。除硫酸鋁、硫酸鎂及硫酸鋅與10~30%磷酸氫二銨處理之九組外,餘均可通過吸濕性檢定。又藥劑處理合板之含水率試驗,均可通過國家標準之規定。

Red lauan veneers of 0.65mm thickness and 2.7mm thick radiata pine veneers were double diffused with nine kinds of inorganic salts as the first solutions and subsequently with secondary ammonium phosphate as the second solution. Four mm thick flame retardant plywood was manufactured after one side glue spreading using MUF as the adhesives. Flame retardancy and the improving efficiency of glue strength, hygroscopicity and moisture content of the plywoods were carefully examined. Veneers treated with magnesium sulfate and zinc sulfate (as the first solution) gave the highest increment in weight those treated with boric acid, boron oxide and sodium tetraborate showed the least. The coucentration of secondary ammonium phosphate (as the second solution) provided positive effects on specimens weight increment. The flame retardancy of all plywoods double diffused with the nine saturated first solutions and the three second solutions passed the performance examination. The flame retardant grades of the treated plywoods were all promoted to the second one, according to CNS 7614 regulation, except those diffused with zinc sulfate 10% secondary ammonium phosphate. All except three (those treated with aluminum sulfate, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate and subsequently with 30% secondary ammonium phosphate) flame retardant plywood fulfilled the regulation of Type ill CNS 8060 standard. Bonding strength loss rates were between 9.9% and 74.2%. More than two-thirds of the treated specimens passed CNS 8060 Type II requirement. Their average bonding strength loss rates were 10.5-67.7%. Two-thirds of the treated specimens fulfilled the hygroscopic requirement while all manufactured plywoods observed a satisfactory moisture content.
