孟宗竹創意休閒家具設計之個案研究

摘要

國人隨著時下休閒風氣之盛行，家居用品樣式之選擇常受現代生活情境因素所影響，換言之，過去以堅固耐用、低價位及樣式單一化為主要品質之選購要求，而今多樣性的選擇、符合生活情境之家居佈置，已成為消費主軸，藉以突顯自己休閒生活風格品味及涵養提昇，因此設計作品最終之目的能讓客戶擁有高滿意度是為設計案追求之目標。本研究係以工業設計的角度藉由分析竹製家具的結構與加工特性，提出孟宗竹創意休閒家具設計的實際案例，以為竹製品產業開創新的契機與風貌之參考。本研究對孟宗竹創意休閒家具設計結果歸納出以下五點結論：（1）孟宗竹休閒家具結構分別以搭、接、穿、靠、圍之技術所組合而成，可達到家具結構基本強度之需求。（2）本研究已可降低竹家具對徒手加工技術之依賴性，大為提高量化生產之可行性。（3）孟宗竹材以工業設計理念為出發點，亦可設計出猶如木質家具之西式沙發椅寬大低矮尺度，達到輕鬆休憩的效果。（4）整組休閒竹家具之設計在於呈現咖啡色系，別具風味，提昇竹家具之高附加價值。（5）孟宗竹創意休閒竹家具之單一構件量化可達100%及完成組裝之可行度亦大為提高至75%以上。

With the leisure atmosphere in thriving development domestically, the people selection for furniture styles would always be influenced by the living circumstances in modem time. In a word, the consumption direction has turned out the one that durable and low-priced furniture in the past has been replaced gradually with the layout of furniture featuring diversified selection that may live up to living circumstances, thus highlighting the enhancement of personal leisure life style and attainment. The eventual purpose in furniture design however, is to meet customers' great satisfaction. This study aims to bringing up a case study about the application of moso bamboo to bamboo furniture in term of industrial design, thus offering valuable reference for bamboo industry in its creation of new business moment and style. Five conclusions concerning design of creative and leisure bamboo furniture made from moso bamboo are inducted as given below: (1) The structure for leisure furniture made from moso bamboo is composed of bonding, connection, perforation, bordering and wrapping techniques, thus helping achieve the demands for the basic strength of the. 本研究感謝行政院農業委員會計畫補助92農管-3.4-林-01(15) furniture structure. (2) This study can help lower the dependence of bamboo furniture on hand processing techniques, enhancing the feasibility of mass production. (3) In the context of concept of the industrial design, moso bamboo can be an ideal material to design western-style couch in wide and low dimension just like the wooden furniture that help achieve relaxing and leisure effects. (4) The design for the entire package of leisure bamboo furniture is presented with a brown-color series, fully showing its unique style that might enhance the highly value for bamboo furniture. (5) The single member quantitative for creative and leisure furniture made from moso bamboo can achieve 100% effect, while the feasibility for completion of assembly can be enhanced to at least 75% as well.
