摘要


本試驗探討添加木炭粉至木塑複合材(Wood polymer composites, WPCs)與塑膠對其強度與電磁波屏蔽效果(Electromagnetic Shielding Efficiency, E.S.E.)之影響。試驗之塑膠基材為聚丙烯(Polypropylene),SPF木粉(Spruce-Pine-Fir flour),添加劑為馬來酸酐聚丙烯(Maleated polypropylene, MAPP)、硬脂酸鋅(Zinc stearate)或泡桐木炭粉(炭化溫度950℃);成形方式分為木炭粉含量5-20%者以射出成形、木炭粉含量50-85%者為熱壓成形。得結果歸納於次:添加木炭粉的炭木塑複合材(Charcoal Wood Polymer Composites, CWPCs)的抗拉強度與抗彎強度顯著低於WPCs。炭塑複合材(Charcoal Polymer Composites, CPCs)的抗拉強度與抗彎強度會隨木炭粉含量之增加而減低。CPCs相較於WPCs,其介入衰減值增加22dB。藉由多重反射衰減,一層CPCs的效果為22dB,二層為31dB,三層為40dB,四層為54dB。而反射衰減值,在CPCs的木炭粉含量為50%時為15dB,再增加木炭粉含量對反射衰減值並不會改變。

This study focused on the effects of adding charcoal to wood polymer composites (WPCs) and polypropylenepolymer. In the research, the hybrid composites were made from the combination of polypropylene as polymer matrix, wood flour (Spruce-Pine-Fir, SPF) as natural fiber, maleated polypropylene (MAPP) as coupling agent, zinc stearate as lubricant and charcoals, which made from Taiwan Paulownia. Manufacturing process included injection molding for samples with 5-20% charcoal content and hot press process for samples with 50-85% charcoal content. The results were summarized as follows: The tension strength and modulus of rupture of charcoal wood polymer composites (CWPCs) are significantly lower than wood polymer composites (WPCs). The tension strength and modulus of rupture of charcoal polymer composites (CPCs) decrease with increasing charcoal content. The insertion loss value of CPCs is 22 dB which is greater than that of WPCs. The electromagnetic shielding efficiency of 1 layer of CPCs is 22dB, 2 layers is 31dB, 3 layers is 40dB and 4 layers is 54dB. In addition, the return loss of samples with 50% charcoal content is 15dB. Increasing the amount of charcoal would not affect the return loss.
