竹東事業區柳杉人工林疏伐作業之研究（II）：作業成本分析

摘要

本研究探討新竹林管處竹東事業區第第88林班柳杉人工林疏伐收穫過程中伐木造材、集材、整堆堆放、裝車、運材卸貯之生產費用。伐木造材採用鏈鋸作業；集材作業以8噸及3.5噸集材機配合落轆式架線系統進行不同徑間原木集運；原木整堆與裝車作業，採用附抓鉤式怪手；運材作業以鐵牛搬運車作業。研究結果顯示每生產1m3之伐木造材、一段式下層疏伐木集材與整堆、二段式與三段式行列疏伐木集材與整堆及二段式與三段式下層疏伐木集材與整堆、裝車運材卸整及間接管理費用依序為新台幣134.1元、892元、1,401元、1,907元、2,253元、3,359元、897元及371元；平均收穫1m3柳杉原木費用為新台幣2,870元。

A Japanese cedar plantation stand located at No. 88 compartment of Chu-Tung Working Circle, Hsinchu Forest District Office was selected to evaluate the operating cost associated with the thinning activities. The operating costs referred to the felling, bucking, yarding, piling, loading, transportation, and unloading procedures were determined from in sites investigations, respectively. The cut-in-length method was introduced for felling and bucking operations with the chainsaw. The falling-block cable yarding system was used for the yarding operation by a 8 tonnes and a 3.5 tonnes diesel engine yarders. There were five yarding type designs in this study including the single-span for skidding logs of thinning from the below operation, the double-spans and triple-spans for skidding logs from the radial row thinning work, and the double-spans and triple-spans for skidding logs of thinning from the below operation. The grapple loader was used for the logs piling with respect to the sizes of diameter and length, and a carrier truck was used for the log transportation. The operating cost per cubic meter of log on felling and bucking operations and those of the single-span for yarding logs of thinning from the below operation, double-spans and triple-spans for yarding logs from the radial row thinning work, double-spans and triple-spans for yarding logs of thinning from the below operation, the log transportation and piling procedures, and the indirect cost were NTD 134.1, 892, 1,401, 1,907, 2,253, 3,359, 897, and 371, respectively. The average cost for harvesting per cubic meter of Japanese cedar log was NTD 2,870.
