結構用自攻螺絲組合集成材柱樑結構之接合強度特性研究

Study on the Joint Strength Properties of Glulam Post and Beam Structures Assembled with Structural Self-tapping Screws

摘要


本研究探討以結構用自攻螺絲配合嵌入式鋁合金連結件應用於梁柱接合之抗彎矩特性。試驗採用E95-F270柳杉結構用集成材,斷面為135 × 300 mm作為梁柱構材,以M8-125自攻螺絲依據規範之扣件配置距離要求,以三種配置形式進行梁柱構材之組合。梁柱接合試體經7階段反覆循環側向力試驗結果顯示,在接合處結構用自攻螺絲以矩形配置方式能獲得37.3 kN.m最大彎矩抵抗容量,較雙圓形配置方式高22.7%,同時能獲得抗彎矩降伏強度24.4kN.m,較單圓及雙圓形配置方式高30.5%。在初始剛性方面,則以雙圓形配置之梁柱接合為630 kN/rad,較矩形配置方式高16.7%。三種配置形式所組成的集成材梁柱接合之延展性因子則介於2.11~3.03,為具剛性之接合特性。依試驗結果,三種自攻螺絲配置形式之柳杉集成材梁柱接合容許抗彎矩容量介於17.8~23.2 kN.m。

Moment-resisting characteristic properties of a post-beam connection assembled with structural self-tapping screws and inserted aluminum connectors were investigated in this study. The E95-F270 grade Japanese cedar glulam products with a size of 135 × 300 mm in cross section were used as the beam and post members. Three placement patterns of M8-125 self-tapping screws were assigned to assemble the post-beam connection, in which the fastener placement distance followed the code requirement. The post-beam connection specimens were then tested by using 7 stages of lateral cyclic loading protocols. The connection which was fastened with self-tapping screws in rectangular placement pattern showed 37.3 kN.m in maximum moment-resisting capacity, and was 22.7% higher than that of in double circular placement pattern. It also showed 24.4 kN.m in yield strength with 30.5% higher than those assembled in single and double circular placement patterns. In a case of initial stiffness, the post-beam connection which was fastened with self-tapping screws in double circular placement pattern showed 630 kN/rad, and was 16.7% higher than that of in rectangular placement pattern. The ductility factor values were between 2.11 to 3.03 for three fastener placement patterns of glulam post-beam connection featuring a characteristic rigid joint. The estimated allowable moment-resisting capacity were between 17.8 to 23.2 kN.m for Japanese cedar glulam post-beam connection fastened with three placement patterns using self-tapping screws.
