摻合氯化銅與金屬乾燥劑對精製漆塗料與塗膜性質之影響

Effects of Blending CuCl_2 and Metal Driers on the Coating and Film Properties of Refined Oriental Lacquer

於精製漆中分別添加氯化銅[Copper (II) chloride]、金屬乾燥劑[0.25wt.%環烷酸鈷(Cobaltous naphthenate,含鈷8%)、0.125wt.%2-乙基己酸鋯(Zirconium octanoate,含鋯6%)及0.125wt.%環烷酸鈣(Calcium naphthenate,含鈣4%)]與同時添加氯化銅及金屬乾燥劑,製成摻合精製漆。結果發現添加氯化銅或金屬乾燥劑之摻合精製漆的塗膜乾燥時間與精製漆相似,但添加氯化銅之摻合精製漆,其乾燥後之塗膜拉伸強度及耐光性均優於精製漆者。而含有金屬乾燥劑之摻合精製漆具有較高之塗膜光澤度。同時添加氯化銅及金屬乾燥劑之摻合精製漆之塗膜性質如硬度、附著性、質量保留率等均與精製漆者相似,但其塗膜耐光性則大幅提升。

The refined oriental lacquers were blended with copper (II) chloride, metal driers [0.25 wt% cobaltous naphthenate (Co content: 8%), 0.125 wt% zirconium octanoate (Zr content: 6%) and calcium naphthenate (Ca content: 4%)] and the mixing of copper (II) chloride and metal driers, respectively. The experimental results showed that the refined oriental lacquer blended with copper (II) chloride or metal driers had the similar curing time to refined oriental lacquer. While the refined oriental lacquer blended with copper (II) chloride had a higher tensile strength and lightfastness of film than that of refined oriental lacquer, and the other properties were similar to the refined oriental lacquer. The films of refined oriental lacquer blended with metal driers had higher gloss than that of refined oriental lacquer. The film of blending with both copper (II) chloride and metal driers could efficiently improve the lightfastness of refined oriental lacquer, and the film properties including hardness, adhesion and mass retention were similar to those of the refined oriental lacquer ones.
