茶葉渣利用之研究進展
Research Progress on the Utilization of Used Tea Leaves

The exploration on the recycling and application of tea waste has been regarded as a part of green technology. To minimize the impact to environment, the large amount of used tea leaves from tea-drink factories should be recycled for further utilization. In this paper, the development for application of used tea leaves during recent 20 years was reviewed. The current situation showing here can be a reference for the future research in this field in Taiwan.
