利用GC測定複方外用液及軟膏中Anethol，Borneol，Camphor，Camphene，Eucalyptol，Fenchon Menthol，Methyl Salicylate及Pinene等成分

摘要
複方外用液及軟膏中所含Anethol，Borneol，Camphor，Camphene，Eucalyptol，Fenchon，Menthol，Methyl Salicylate，Pinene等成分可用氣相層析法於Column: 10% FFAP on chromosorb W(AW)60~80mesh，Detector: FID之條件下獲致良好之分離效果，其回收率達97%以上，用以鑑別及定量簡捷省時。

A simple, rapid and reliable gas chromatographic method for the determination of anethol, borneol, camphor, camphene, eucalyptol, fenchon, menthol, methyl salicylate and pinene in ointments and liquid preparations for external use is described. Using 10% FFAP on chromosorb W(AW) 60/80 column and flame ionization detector, this method results in great accuracy. The maximum error was less than 1%.
