摘要

Pentazocine及Methaqualone等藥品由於非法使用及濫用已造成社會問題，近復多與Diphenhydramine及Chlorpheniramine Maleate等抗組織胺劑併用。利用氣相層析法可同時將上述四種成分分離定性；其分離效果良好，簡單、迅速而精確。其層析條件為：玻璃分離管6'×1/4”×2mm，填充物質3% SE-30及3% OV-17 on Chromosorb W，80~100 mesh，溫度200℃，檢出器：FID。本法適用於粉劑、錠劑、膠囊劑及注射劑。

Pentazocine and Methaqualone are abused drugs and usually compounded with antihistaminic agents such as Diphenhydramine and Chlorpheniramine maleate, etc., for illegal use. Simutaneous determination of Pentazocine, Methaqualone, Diphenhydramine and Chlorpheniramine maleate has been developed by gas liquid chromatography. Chromatographic separation was performed on 6'×1/4”×2mm glass column, which was filled with 3% SE-30 and 3% OV-17 on Chromosorb W, 80-100 mesh, and connected with flame ion detector at 200℃. This method has been applied satisfactorily in tablets, capsules and injections.
