摘要

利用高效液相層析法分離及定量維他命E類中α-Tocophercl(TOC)，α-Tocopheryl Acetate (TOA)及α-Tocopheryl Nicotinate (T-CN)等成分，以Anthracene為內部標準品，採用Zorbax ODS層析管(4.6 mm I.D×15cm)，以甲醇為移動相(1.5ml/min)，紫片光波長280nm偵測器。於16分鐘內可同時分離，定量上述三成分，分離效果良好，簡單迅速。

A high-performance liquid chromatographic analysis was developed for simultaneous separation and determination of α-tocopherol, α-tocopheryl acetate and α-tocopheryl nicotinate in vitamin E pharmaceutical preparations on a column (4.6mm I.D×15 cm) Zorbax ODS, with methanol as the mobile phase (1.5ml/min.). Anthracene was used as an internal standard and a UV detector was set at 280 nm. It was found that the whole procedure could be completed within 16 minutes.
