調查免洗杯與重複使用杯之細菌含量

摘要

由製造工廠直接抽得免洗紙杯9件，免洗塑膠杯8件；由大臺北地區抽得重複使用杯58件。依行政院衛生署公告之生菌數、大腸桿菌屬細菌及葡萄狀球菌之檢驗方法檢驗，結果為免洗杯之生菌數含量均在20個／杯以下，大腸桿菌屬細菌均未檢出，葡萄狀球菌陽性者為1件；重複使用杯生菌數含量在40至1.2×10^7個／杯之間，大腸桿菌屬細菌陽性者為11件，葡萄狀球菌陽性者為2件。比較其結果有利於使國人接受免洗杯，更有助於推廣使用。

Paper-made and plastic-made disposable cups sampled from factories and reusable cups from Taipei Area were examined for total viable count, coliform bacteria and Staphylococcus.
The results showed that sanitation status of disposable cups was better than that of reusable cups.
