市售果汁飲料衛生調查－生菌數及容器包裝材質防菌污染比較
Hygienic Investigation on Market Fruit Juices-Relationship between Aerobic Plate Count and Container Material
摘要
本調查自民國73年5月1日至5月31日止，自臺灣地區抽驗果汁飲料306件，其中紙盒包果汁飲料141件，鋁箔包者165件，經檢驗生菌數及大腸稈菌屬細菌，其結果為大腸桿菌屬細菌均陰性，生菌數含量經χ^2均質性分析結果顯示紙盒包果汁飲料檢出生菌數頻度較鋁箔包者為高。

An investigation concerning sanitation of market fruit juices was given during May, 1984. 306 samples including 141 samples in Pure Pack and 165 samples in Tetra Pak, were detected for coliform bacteria and Aerobic plate count. Coliform bacteria was not found in all samples. The χ^2 homogeneity analysis was applied on the distribution of the aerobic plate count in Tetra Pak and Pure Pack groups. The results showed that aerobic plate count of Pure Pack is higher than that of Tetra Pak.
