市售具營養宣稱飲料標示符合性之調查
Survey on Compliance of Nutrition Claim and Labeling on Marketed Beverage with Regulations in Taiwan

本計畫於九十三年一月至十二月間，抽購市售具營養宣稱之飲料，包括水果及蔬菜汁飲料、加味水飲料、豆奶、乳酸飲料、咖啡飲料、茶飲料、提神飲料及碳酸飲料等產品共計110件，依行政院衛生署公告之「市售包裝食品營養標示規範」及「市售包裝食品營養宣稱規範」進行標示檢查，檢查結果營養宣稱標示不符規範者計16件；進一步針對產品中宣稱之糖類、脂肪、膽固醇、維生素C、β-胡蘿蔔素、鈣及維生素E等營養素進行含量檢測共計89件，檢驗結果，3件宣稱含有／富含維生素C之水果及蔬菜汁飲料產品、1件宣稱低糖的水果及蔬菜汁飲料及3件宣稱低糖的茶飲料產品，其宣稱之營養素含量不符規範，其餘82件產品宣稱之營養素含量均符合規範，其宣稱之營養素檢測值則介於標示值之32~483%。調查結果顯示市售具營養宣稱飲料，大部分均能符合相關標示規範，可提供消費者做為購買時之參考。對於不符規定之產品，衛生單位經進一步查證，違反食品衛生管理法令者，依法處辦。

In this study, 110 samples of beverage bearing nutrition claim on label, including fruit and vegetable juice, flavored water, soybean milk, lactic beverage, coffee, tea, stimulating beverage and carbonated beverage were purchased from the market between Jan. and Dec. in 2004. The nutrition claims were examined for their compliances with ”Regulations on Nutrition Claims for Packaged Foods” and ”Regulations on Nutrition Labeling for Packaged Foods” promulgated on September 10, 2001 by the Department of Health. The nutrition claims of sixteen samples did not comply with the regulation. After examination of their nutrition claim and nutrition labeling, 89 samples were further analyzed for the claimed contents of sugar, fat, cholesterol, vitamin C, β-carotene, calcium and vitamin E. The vitamin C contents of three samples of fruit and vegetable juice which claimed ”contain/contain rich vitamin C” were not detected. The sugar contents of one fruit and vegetable juice and two tea which claimed ”low sugar” were higher than the limit of the regulation. The others were compliant with the regulations, and the contents of claimed nutrients detected fell between 32~483% of labeled values. This survey revealed that the nutrition claims and nutrition labeling of most of the marketed beverage met the regulations and can provide correct information to consumers.
