蜂蜜中抗生素、動物性異物及產氣莢膜桿菌之調查
Survey of Antibiotic Residues, Contanination of Animel Extraneous Metter and Clostridium Perfringens in Bee Honey

200 samples of honey from markcts and apiary were examined for antibiotic residues, animal extraneous matter and Cl. perfringens during July 1984 through April 1985. Antibiotic residues (mostly neomycin and tetracyclines) were found in 24% of samples, while 14% were found to contain animal extraneous matter. Cl. perfringens was not detected in all samples.
