免洗筷之黴菌污染調查
Survey of Fungal Contamination in Disposable Chopsticks

Between Feb. & Apl. of 1987, fifty one pairs each of twin style (TS) and small round style (SRS) disposable chopsticks were collected from 6 districts of Taipei City for the examination of mold count. The detection rates of TS and SRS were 78% and 71%, respectively. The average mold counts were 60 colonies/pair and 80 colonies/pair, respectively.
