市售Loperamide Hydrochloride製劑品質調查
Investigation on the Quality of Commercial Loperamide Hydrochloride Preparations in Taiwan Area

Sixty-one Samples of commercial Loperamide Hydrochloride preparations including 11 imported and 50 domestic products were taken from drug-stores in Taiwan area for analysis. For each sample, weight variation, disintegration, identification and assay were performed according to the methods described in the USP XX. The results showed that all sample met the requirement of USP XX.
