101毛髮再生精急性皮膚毒性實驗

摘要

本實驗利用大白鼠及白兔作為動物模式，來進行「101毛髮再生精」的急性皮膚毒性實驗，測試其對動物有無不良的副作用。結果顯示每隻動物經壹次塗抹該生髮藥水(2mg/kg)後，14日內未出現任何藥理毒性症狀，也無異常形為發生，同時第15日的大體解剖檢驗結果發現：每隻動物的心臟、肺臟、肝臟、腎臟、脾臟及生殖器官皆無結構性病變和創傷產生，因此證明101毛髮再生精不具有急性皮膚毒性。

Rats and rabbits were used as animal models to conduct the acute dermal toxicity test of 101 hair regrowth liniment. After topically applying the hair growoth promoter (2mg/kg) for 14 days the results showed that there were no pharmacotoxic signs and abnormal behaviour observed. Necropsies were performed at the 15th day of the experiment. Organs like hearts, lungs, livers, kidneys, spleens and genital organs had no gross change and trauma. In conclusion, 101 Hair Regrowth Liniment has no acute dermal toxicity.
