Reference Standard of Chphalothin Sodium at the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs
摘要
本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品cephalothin sodium（批號76-1）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係依據U.S. Code of Federal Regulation，將取得之原料藥與U.S.P．標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果為每mg之cephalothin sodium含cephalothin力價956.2μg。

The ”Cephalothin Sodium Reference Standard” (Lot No.76-1) of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was assayed. The potency was determined by the microbiological agar diffusion method. The results against the U. S. P. Reference Standard were established with a potency of 956.2 μg per mg. It was determined that this will serve as the ”Cephalothin Sodium Reference Standard”.
