藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品之力價標定－NEOMYCIN SULFATE
Reference Standard of Neomycin Sulfate at the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs
摘要
本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品neomycin sulfate（批號L-1）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料藥與W.H.O．標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果為每mg之neomycin sulfate含neomycin力價649.3μg。

The ”Neomycin Sulfate Reference Standard (Lot No. L-1)” of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was assayed. The potency was determined by the microbiological agar diffusion method. The results against the W. H. O Reference Standard were established with a potency of 649.3 μg per mg. It was determined that this will serve as the ”Neomycin Sulfate Reference Standard”.
