畜產品中乃託文檢驗方法之探討及其殘留量之調查

Studies on Analytical Methods of Nitrovin Residues in Livestock Products

摘要


利用高效液相層析儀(High performance liquid chromatography)檢測畜產品中的抗菌劑一乃託文(nitrovin)之方法已建立。檢體經丙酮的萃取,再以Alumina B SEP PAK淨化,最後利用高效液相層析儀分析、定量。分別添加0.1、0.5及1 ppm之乃託文於鵝肉及猶肉進行回收試驗,結果回收率為80.1~92.3%,變異係數則介於1.7~6.1%之間,最低檢出量為0.02 ppm。抽購市售鹿肉及豬肉20件,檢測其乃託文之殘留量,結果均未檢出。

A high performance liquid chromatogrphy (HPLC) method for determination of antibacterial-nitrovin residues in livestock products has been developed. Samples were extracted with acetone, cleaned up with Alumina B SEP PAK, and finally determined by HPLC. Recovery studies were performed at the 0.1, 0.5 and 1 ppm fortification levels. Recoveries were 80.1~92.3% with coefficients of 1.7~6.1%. The lowest quantitatively determinable concentration was 0.02 ppm. Twenty samples of pork and chicken meat were analyzed. No nitrovin residue as found in any sample.
