禽畜產品中乃卡巴精殘留量之調查

Survey on Nicarbazin Residue in Poultry and Livestock Products

摘要


本調查於96年3至5月間在台灣地區傳統市場及超市等地抽驗市售雞內臟、雞肉、烏骨雞肉、雞蛋及禽畜加工產品檢體共40件,依據行政院衛生署89.02.22衛署食字第89008985號公告之高效液相層析法分析乃卡巴精之殘留量。檢體以乙腈萃取,經過濾,並以乙腈飽和之正己烷除去油脂後減壓濃縮,再以鹼性氧化鋁淨化,最後利用高效液相層析儀分析定量,並以液相層析串聯質譜儀確認。檢測結果,共有3件雞內臟之乃卡巴精含量超過殘留限量標準0.2 ppm,不合格率7.5%。10件雞內臟中有3件檢體之乃卡巴精殘留量介於0.43~0.86ppm,與規定不符,不合格率30.0%;其餘10件雞肉、10件烏骨雞肉、5件雞蛋、1件培根、2件香腸、1件雞精及1件貢丸均符合規定。本調查結果己於96年5月15日發布食品消費紅綠燈在案。

Nicarbazin, widely used against coccidiosis in chicken, may pose adverse effects on human. The maximum residue limit of nicarbazin in chicken meat and offal was set at 0.2 ppm as of the promulgation in January 2007 by the Department of Health (DOH). A survey was conducted to investigate nicarbazin residue in chicken extract, bacon, sausage, meat ball, hen's eggs, black-bone chicken meat, chicken meat and offal from food markets in Taiwan from March to May, 2007. A total of 40 samples were collected and analyzed by a standard HPLC method proclaimed by DOH in 2000. The detection limit was 0.02 ppm. HPLC/tandem mass spectrometry was used for further confirmation. The results indicated that 7.5% of samples, including 3 chicken offal samples, violated the regulation. Three chicken offal samples were detected with nicarbazin residues ranging from 0.43 to 0.86 ppm. Ten black-bone chicken meat samples, ten chicken meat samples, five hen's egg samples, one chicken extract sample, one bacon sample, two sausage samples and one meat ball sample were all in compliance with the regulation. The survey denoted that the application of nicarbazin in farm should be monitored for food safety.
