聚氯乙烯類食品容器之衛生安全調查

Survey on Safety Status of Polyvinyl Chloride Food Containers

摘要


近年來由於生活形態之改變,各種材質的食品包裝材料成為日常生活之必需品,而塑膠類容器是由高分子化合物與添加物構成,會有反應劑剩餘之單體、安定劑及可塑劑等添加物,均具有一定的毒性,我國對食品器具容器包裝的衛生管理,對有害物質均訂定限量標準,而聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑膠材質因價廉、耐酸鹼、酒精及油脂,並可依調配比例製作出由硬到軟的各種成品,故成為市面上使用範圍最廣的包裝材料,利用在食品包裝容器方面則以盛裝非加熱食品為主,在84年度內將配合衛生局至全省各沙拉油瓶製造廠及包裝飲用水瓶製造廠抽驗該類材質之包裝檢體83件(包括食用油瓶60件及包裝飲用水與礦泉水瓶23件),依據衛生署公告之食品器具、容器、包裝衛生標準,進行材質試驗與溶出試驗,以便了解市售該類食品容器之衛生安全狀況。 結果材質試驗:鉛、鎘及甲酚磷酸酯均未檢出,二丁錫化物8件檢出,檢出量在8.1~36.7ppm,氯乙烯單體7件檢出,檢出量在0.1~0.7ppm;溶出試驗:高錳鉀消耗量0.5~3.6ppm,重金屬均合乎衛生標準1ppm,水蒸發殘渣1~15ppm,正庚烷蒸發殘渣1~60ppm。 綜合以上結果,抽驗83件PVC材質塑膠容器均合乎衛生標準,與81年抽驗69件食用油瓶不合乎衛生標準有10件(14.5%)及30件包裝飲用水與礦泉水瓶不合乎衛生標準有13件(43.3%)比較,廠商已有明顯改善,消費者可安心使用。

In order to investigate their sanitary status and safety, a total of 83 samples of polyvinyl chloride food utensils were collected between July 1994 to June 1995 and examined. These included 60 bottles of salad oil and 23 bottles of bottled and mineral water packaging. All tests followed the methods and the hygienic standards for the analysis of food utensils' containers and packages. The results showed that all samples were found to comply with the Hygienic Standards for food utensils, Containers and Packaging.
