全省稻米中重金屬(鋅、鉻、鎳)含量之調查

The Investigation of Heavy Metals (Zinc, Chromium, Nickel) in Milled Rice

摘要


本調查旨在瞭解臺灣地區生產之稻米中重金屬(鋅、鉻、鎳)含量之現況。於民國83年7月至84年6月間由糧食局各糧管處自所轄公糧委託倉庫採樣八十三年一期及二期稻米各100件,採用乾式灰化法為樣品之前處理分解,再利用原子吸收光譜儀檢測鋅含量,石墨爐原子吸收光譜儀檢測鉻及鎳含量。經檢驗結果,八十三年一期稻米檢體中鋅含量平均為15.53ppm(10.48~21.92ppm);鉻含量平均為0.06ppm(N.D~0.21ppm);鎳含量平均為0.37ppm(0.14~1.08ppm)。八十三年二期稻米檢體中鋅含量平均為12.52ppm(5.51~23.98ppm);鉻含量平均為0.13ppm(0.02~0.41ppm);鎳含量平均為0.48ppm(0.06~2.10ppm)。經與相關文獻比較,顯示檢驗結果並無特別偏高之現象。

The purpose of this investigation was to assess the content of heavy metals (zinc, chromium and nickel) in samples of milled rice grown in Taiwan. From July 1994 to June 1995, 100 samples each of the 94 first & second crop milled rice were collected from government entrusted warehouses of Food Bureau. The results of examination of 1994 first crop milled rice exhibited an average zinc content of 15.53 ppm (10.48~21.92 ppm), chromium: 0.06 ppm (N.D.~0.21 ppm) and nickel: 0.37 ppm (0.14~1.08 ppm); The 1994 second crop milled rice exhibited an the average zinc content of 12.52 ppm (5.51~23.98 ppm), chromium: 0.13 ppm (0.02~0.41 ppm), and nickel: 0.48 ppm (0.06~2. 10 ppm). This investigation showed that the content of almost all samples were similar to other countries.
