台灣地區市售四環素類眼藥膏之力價調查

摘要

本計畫於民國84年9月至85年3月，由北、高兩市及全省各縣市抽購國產及進口三種四環素類眼藥膏共100件。包括鹽酸氣四環素眼藥膏(Chlortetracycline HCl ointment)63件，鹽酸經四環素眼藥膏(Oxyteracycline HCl ointment)29件，鹽酸四環素眼藥膏(Tetracycline HCl ointment)8件。其中除4件鹽酸四環素眼藥膏爲進口品外，其餘96件均爲國產品。依據中華藥典及日本抗生物質醫藥品基準解說上所載之微生物法測定其力價，結果均符合公定書之合格標準(90~120%)，合格率100%。

In order to ascertain the potency of tetracycline antibiotic eye ointments, sixty-three chlortetracycline (all domestic), twenty-nine oxytetracycline (all domestic) and eight tetracycline eye ointment samples (4 domestic, 4 imported) were randomly purchased from different counties and cities in Taiwan during September 1995 to March 1996. All of the samples were determined by the cylinder-plate method as described in Chinese Pharmacopeia and Minimum Requirements. for Antibiotic Products of Japan. The results showed that all samples met the potency requirement specified by government regulations.
