中部地區連鎖專賣店冰品飲料之衛生調查
Sanitary Survey of Frozen/Iced Foods and Beverages from Convenient Stores in Central District of Taiwan
摘要
本局中部檢驗站於88年8月及9月由中部地區苗栗縣、台中縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣衛生局等協助抽樣100件冰品飲料包括冰品33件，飲料67件進行生菌數、大腸桿菌群、大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌之檢驗。檢驗結果與規定不符者30件：分別為生菌數不符規定17件，大腸桿菌群不符規定29件，生菌數與大腸桿菌群均不符規定16件，另大腸桿菌與金黃色葡萄球菌二項檢驗結果則約與規定相符。以上30件與規定不符之產品，經原抽樣單位於10月及11月再抽樣複查結果，仍有三件與規定不符。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於88年12月28日發布新聞在案。

From August to September 1999, a total of 100 samples of frozen heed foods and beverages from convenient stores were collected from six counties and cities of central district of Taiwan. All samples were tested for their total plate count, coliforms, E. coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. 30 out of 100 samples did not meet the regulation of Hygienic Standards. Among these disqualified samples, 17 samples failed to meet the limitation of total plate count, 29 samples of coliforms and 16 samples of both total plate count and coliforms. Nevertheless, none of 100 samples were found to be contaminated with E. coli. or Staphylococcus aureus.
