產地乾製金針菜二氧化硫殘留量分析

摘要


為瞭解產地乾製金針菜二氧化硫殘留量,分別於八十九年二月及十月赴花蓮縣及台東縣傳統及超級市場,抽購八十八年與八十九年生產之乾製金針菜樣品,抽購樣品共計63件,包括八十八年產製者31件及八十九年產製者32件。依衛生署公告方法進行二氧化硫殘留量檢驗,檢驗結果與規定相符者,八十八年產製者有2件(6.5%);八十九年產製者有5件(15.6%)。與規定不符者,八十八年產製者有29件(93.5%);八十九年產製者有27件(84.4%)。不符規定檢體衛生署已函請地方衛生局依法處辦,並函知行政院農業委員會加強輔導農民改善金針菜產製過程。

In order to understand the residual SO2 of dehydrated Day Lily from producing farm, a total of 63 samples, including 31 samples processed in 1999 and 32 samples processed in 2000, were purchased from traditional and super markets in Hualien and Taitung in February and October of 2000 respectively. These samples were analyzed by using the method, the sulfur dioxide test published by Department of Health, Executive Yuan, R.O.C. in 1983, to detect the bleaching agents in food. The results showed that only 2 samples (6.5%) processed in 1999 and 5 samples (15.6%) processed in 2000 met the hygienic standard for bleaching agents in dehydrated Day Lily.
