市售生食蔬果中廣東住血線蟲之調查

Investigation on Angiostrongylus contonensis Contamination in Ready-to-Eat Vegetables

摘要


近年來「生機飲食」已成為世界各地的新潮流。在台灣也提倡食用「生機飲食」運動,造成生食蔬果之流行趨勢,惟生食蔬果除了可能食入致病性細菌外,也可能有寄生蟲問題,民國八十九年於台中市就曾發生民眾生食自己種植之蔬果,以致感染廣東住血線蟲引起腦膜炎案例,其原因係由染有廣東住血線蟲蝸牛、田螺及蛞蝓的黏液污染蔬菜,造成廣東住血線蟲第三期幼蟲的污染,而使其幼蟲於人體腸道發展成蟲,進入循環系統中,寄生於中樞神經的大腦、小腦及脊椎中,引起腦膜炎、嘔吐、發燒及麻痺等現象。遂引發進行台北地區生食蔬果中污染廣東住血線蟲之調查,以保護消費大眾。本調查於民國九十年一月至十月間,以台北地區市售有機生食蔬果32件,一般生食蔬果68件,總共有生食蔬果100件為材料,檢驗廣東住血線蟲,結果均為未檢出。

From January to October 2001, a total of 100 samples of read-to-eat vegetables were purchased from supermarkets in Taipei area and tested for Angiostrongylus contonensis. These 100 samples included 32 organic ready-to-eat vegetable and 68 ready-to-eat vegetables. The results showed that Angiostrongylus contonensis were not found in all of the samples.
