八十六年度台灣省各縣市衛生局每月送驗蔬果檢驗5件,依衛生署公告食品中農藥殘留檢驗方法-多重殘留分析法,進行31種農藥項目的檢驗。全省共抽驗1386件蔬果檢體,檢出含有農藥殘留者275件,檢出率為19.8%,其中不合格件數34件,不合格率為2.5%。1179件蔬菜檢體中有239件檢體檢出農藥殘留,檢出率20.3%,不符規定者32件,不合格率為2.7%;207件的水果檢體中則有36件檢體檢出農藥殘留,檢出率17.4%,不符規定者有2件,不合格率為1.0%。依31種農藥項目分析則以chlorpyrifos之檢出件數最多,其次為dithiocarbamate及3-0H carbof uran。在34件不合格檢體之原因分析,因超過容許量而不合格者有7件,不得檢出而檢出者有27件。275件檢出農藥殘留檢體中,214件檢出1種農藥殘留,54件檢體同時檢出2種農藥,同時檢出農藥種類3種者有5件,同時檢出4種農藥殘留者有2件。

1386 samples of vegetables and fruits were collected from traditional markets and supermarkets, in Taiwan which were analyzed with a multiresidues method including 31 items of pesticides from July 1996 to June 1997. The results showed that 275 of 1386 samples (19.8%) contained pesticide residues but only 34 samples (2.5%) violated the tolerance level set by Department of Health. The highest detection ratio (33.3%) was found in berry fruits. Two kinds of pesticides in 54 samples, three kinds of pesticides in 5 samples and four kinds of pesticides in 2 samples were detected simultaneously.
