九十一年度市售衛生套爆破試驗之品質調查
An Inspection on Air-Bursting Test of Rubber Condoms Distributed in Taiwan Market
摘要
本計畫於民國九十一年五月至七月，委請台灣地區各地方衛生局，至轄區之藥局（房）、便利商店、大賣場及情趣商店抽驗市售衛生套檢體計120件，依據行政院衛生署八十二年九月二十日衛署藥字第八二六四二○三號公告，以中國國家標準CNS 6629「乳膠製衛生套」暨CNS 13245「乳膠製衛生套檢驗法」之規定進行爆破試驗、外觀檢查。並以藥事法第七十五條、行政院衛生署八十五年三月四日衛署藥字第八五○一一一七○號函及九十一年七月九日衛署藥字第○九一○○三三三七八號函進行包裝標示檢查。檢驗結果：外觀檢查均符合規定，爆破試驗26件不合格(21.7%)，標示檢查部分則有61件不符合規定(50.8%)。

In order to ascertain the quality of local distributed rubber condoms, 120 samples were collected by local health authorities from pharmacies, novelty shops and super markets located in different counties and cities of Taiwan, during the period from April 2002 to July 2002. The air-bursting tests were carried out following the methods listed in Chinese National Standard (CNS) No.13245:1994. The results showed that twenty six samples (21.7%) failed to meet the requirements. Sixty one samples (50.8%) violated the labeling regulations.
