九十三年度市售衛生套爆破試驗之品質調查
Air-Bursting Test on Rubber Condoms Distributed in Taiwan Market
摘要
本計畫於民國九十三年四月至六月，委請台北市、台北縣、桃園縣、台南縣、高雄市各衛生局，至轄區之衛生套製造或代理商處抽樣衛生套檢體，共計31件，依據行政院衛生署八十二年九月二十日衛署藥字第八二六四二○三號公告，以中國國家標準CNS 6629「乳膠製衛生套」暨CNS 13245 「乳膠製衛生套檢驗法」之規定進行爆破試驗、外觀檢查。並以藥事法第七十五條、行政院衛生署八十五年三月四日衛署藥字第八五○一一一七○號函及九十一年七月九日衛署藥字第○九一○○三三三七八號函進行包裝標示檢查。檢查結果：外觀檢查均符合規定，爆破試驗：不合格者4件，標示部分：單一包裝標示均符合規定，最小包裝除12件未附外盒包裝無法確認外，其餘均符合規定。

In order to ascertain the quality of local distributed rubber condoms, 31 samples were collected by local health authorities from medical appliance and factories, located in different counties and cities in Taiwan, during the period from April to June 2004. The air-bursting tests were carried out following the methodslisted in Chinese National Standard (CNS) No.13245: 1994.The results showed that four samples (12.9%) failed to meet the requirement.
