九十三及九十四年度保健食品檢出西藥成分之分析
Survey on Adulterants in Dietary Supplements in 2004 and 2005
摘要
本局於九十三及九十四年度受理衛生行政機關、司法檢警情治機關等，送驗保健食品摻加西藥案件之統計分析結果，九十三年度計548件檢體中有196件不合格，其檢出率為35.8%；九十四年度計799件檢體中有311件不合格，檢出率為38.9%。受理案件依送驗機關別統計，屬消費者及司法檢警情治機關之服務案件者，其檢出率九十三及九十四年度分別為28.8%(70/243)、39.7%(182/458)；屬衛生行政機關之抽查案件者，其檢出率九十三及九十四年度分別為41.3%(126/305)、37.8%(129/341)。九十三年度每件檢體檢出西藥成分個數以含一種為最多，占88.8%(174/196)；其次為含二種成分，占8.2%(16/196)；再次為檢出三種成分，占2.0%(4/196)。九十四年度每件檢體檢出西藥成分個數也以一種最多，占80.1%(249/311)；其次為二種成分，占16.1%(50/311)；再次為檢出三種成分，占2.6%(8/311)。九十三年度檢出西藥之檢體依送驗指定主治效能排名，檢出率最高為補腎滋養類，其次依序為春藥麻醉藥類、減肥類、類固醇類及興奮劑類等四類；九十四年度亦以補腎滋養類為最高，其次依序為減肥類、類固醇類、蛋白同化荷爾蒙、外用春藥類等四類。九十三年度西藥成分檢出頻率前五名依序為Acetildenafil（Sildenafil analogue，分子量466），Caffeine, Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Sennoside；九十四年度西藥成分檢出頻率前五名依序為Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Acetildenafil, Caffeine, Vitamin E。

In this study, we present the survey results on the synthetic chemical drugs adulterated in 548 and799 samples of dietary supplements, which we collected and analyzed during 2004 and 2005, respectively. The result indicates that 28.8% (70/243) and 39.7% (182/458) of the samples obtained from the consumer service centers of the local health bureaus are adulterated during 2004 and 2005, respectively. As for the samples which are randomly taken from local markets by the health bureau officers, the adulteration rate was 41.3%(126/305) and 37.8% (129/341) during 2004 and 2005, respectively. The sample sources are classified into two different categories. For the first category, the supply sources include manufacturers of Chinese Medical preparations and medical units (hospitals and clinics of traditional Chinese medicine). The drug stores and clinics had higher adulteration rate. The second category includes exotica store, mail-order house and street vendor which had higher adulteration rate. In terms of therapeutic categories, most adulterants are found as treatment of male erectile dysfunction and anorexic drugs. As for the frequency of use, Sildenafil and its analogues are the top adulterated drugs.
