摘要

於98年度受理衛生行政機關、司法檢警機關等，送驗民眾認知具有保健功能的食品摻加西藥案件之統計分析結果，計913件檢體，共276件不合格，檢出率為30.2%。受理案件依送驗機關別統計，屬消費者及司法檢警機關之服務案件者，其檢出率為30.9%(132/427)；屬衛生行政機關之抽查案件者，其檢出率為29.6%(144/486)。每件檢體檢出西藥成分個數以含一種為最多，佔71.7%(198/276)；其次為含二種成分，佔20.7%(57/276)。檢出西藥之檢體依送驗時宣稱主治效能排名，檢出率最高為補腎滋養類，其次依序為減肥類及精神安定類。西藥成分檢出頻率排前3名依序為Sildenafil、N-Desmethylsibutramine及Sibutramine。檢出成分除了一般市售西藥成分外，亦檢出Sildenafil、Tadalafil、Vardenafil及Sibutramine之類緣物共17種。

In this report, the survey results were presented for the chemical drugs in 913 samples of dietary supplements, which were collected and analyzed during the fiscal year 2009. The results indicated that 30.9% (132/427) of the samples from the consumer service centers of the local health bureaus and other governmental institutions were adulterated. Other samples, which were randomly collected from local markets by the health bureau officers, had an adulteration rate of 29.6% (144/486).
The sample source was classified into two categories. For the first one, the suppliers included manufacturers of Chinese medicinal preparations and medical units, such as drug stores and clinics; among them, the drug stores had a higher adulteration rate. The second category included business and street vendors which also had a high adulteration rate.
In terms of usage, most of adulterants were used in treatment of male erectile dysfunction or anorexic. As the frequency of occurrence was concerned, sildenafil, N-Desmethylsibutramine and sibutramine ranked the top. In addition to commercial sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and sibutramine, 17 analogues of these drugs were found.
