市售蜂蜜產品中殘留農藥、多氯聯苯及重金屬之調查

Investigation on the Contents of Pesticide Residues, Polychlorinated Biphenyls and Heavy Metals in Honey Products

摘要


本調查於民國92年5月至9月間,由苗栗縣、台中縣、彰化縣、雲林縣及高雄縣衛生局至各轄區之養蜂場抽取蜂蜜產品檢體20件,進行殘留農藥、多氯聯苯及重金屬之分析。殘留農藥是依據行政院衛生署公告之多重殘留分析方法,稍加修飾,檢驗70種農藥。多氯聯苯之檢測係以丙酮萃取,經正己烷液/液分配萃取及酸性矽膠淨化,再以氣相層析儀附電子捕獲檢測器(gas chromatography/electron capture detector, GC/ECD)偵測30種多氯聯苯同源物。重金屬依據行政院衛生署公告之方法檢驗鉛、鎘及汞。檢驗結果20件檢體皆未檢出殘留農藥及多氯聯苯同源物。重金屬部分,鎘含量平均為N.D.(含量範圍N.D.~0.004ppm),汞含量平均為0.001ppm (N.D.~0.005ppm),鉛含量平約為0.031ppm (N.D.~0.140ppm)。

Twenty honey products were collected from beekeepers by the local health authorities including Miaoli, Changhua, Taichung, Yunlin and Kaohsiung county from May to September 2003. Pesticide residues, polychlorinated biphenyls and heavy metals were analyzed. Seventy pesticide residues were determined by using a multiresidue method promulgated by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan, with minor modification. To determine the thirty polychlorinated biphenyls congeners, the samples were extracted with acetone, then partitioned with n-hexane and cleaned up with an acid silica gel column, followed by gas chromatography/electron capture detector analysis. Cadmium, lead and mercury were analyzed by using the method promulgated by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan. The results showed that pesticide residues and polychlorinated biphenyls were not detected in all samples. The average content of cadmium of 20 honey samples was ND. (N.D.(0.004 ppm), mercury was 0.001 ppm (N.D.~0.005 ppm), and lead was 0.031 ppm (N.D.~0.140 ppm).
