為暸解臺灣地區生產之食米中重金屬(鎘、汞、鉛)含量之現況,於民國94年2月至94年12月間,由各縣市衛生局至各轄區,包括台北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣(市)、基隆市、宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、台東縣、苗栗縣、台中縣、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣(市)、台南縣、高雄縣、屏東縣等之碾米廠抽樣一、二期作的食米檢體,分別為73件及76件,共149件,送至本局,並依行政院衛生署公告方法進行分析檢驗。檢測結果,鎘含量總平均值為0.05ppm(N.D.~0.18ppm),汞含量總平均值為0.003ppm(N.D.~0.011ppm),鉛含量總平均值為0.03ppm(N.D.~0.10ppm);第一期作食米檢體中,鎘之平均含量為0.04ppm(N.D.~0.18ppm),汞之平均含量為0.003ppm(N.D.~0.011ppm),鉛之平均含量為0.03ppm(N.D.~0.10ppm);第二期作食米檢體中,鎘之平均含量為0.06ppm(0.003~0.16ppm),汞之平均含量為0.003ppm(N.D.~0.010ppm),鉛之平均含量為0.02ppm(N.D.~0.08ppm)。檢驗結果鎘、汞及鉛均未超出行政院衛生署公告之『食米重金屬限量標準』(鎘0.5ppm以下,汞0.05ppm以下,鉛0.2ppm以下)。
In order to understand the heavy metal contents (cadmium, mercury and lead) in rice in Taiwan, rice samples provided by the rice mills were collected from February to December, 2005. Seventy-three rice samples of the first crop rice and seventy-six rice samples of the second crop rice were analyzed. The results showed that the average content of cadmium in rice was 0.05 ppm (N.D.~0.18 ppm), the average content of mercury was 0.003 ppm (N.D.~0.011 ppm) and the average content of lead was 0.03 ppm (N.D.~0.10 ppm). The average contents of cadmium, mercury and lead in the first crop rice were 0.04 ppm (N.D.~0.18 ppm), 0.003 ppm (N.D.~ 0.011 ppm) and 0.03 ppm (N.D.~0.10 ppm), respectively. The average contents of cadmium, mercury and lead in the second crop rice were 0.06 ppm (0.003~0.16 ppm), 0.003 ppm (N.D.~0.010 ppm) and 0.02 ppm (N.D.~0.08 ppm), respectively. In this investigation, the cadmium, mercury and lead levels in all rice samples were in compliance with the regulation set by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan.
