市售捲菸主煙流中尼古丁、焦油及一氧化碳含量監測

摘要

為落實菸害防制工作，維護國民健康，本年度繼續對市售9種國產及21種進口捲菸計30種產品，進行尼古丁、焦油及一氧化碳含量調查。檢驗結果，9種國產捲菸之尼古丁含量範圍在0.12~1.01mg／支，平均值為0.65mg/支，焦油含量範圍在1.35~14.16mg/支，平均值為8.36mg/支，一氧化碳含量範圍在1.57~13.25mg/支，平均值為9.13mg/支；21種進口捲菸之尼古丁含量範圍在0.29~1.25mg/支，平均值為0.73mg/支，焦油含量範圍在3.93~14.81mg/支，平均值為9.7mg/支，一氧化碳含量範圍在4.80~13.28mg/支，平均值為9.85mg/支。本年度抽驗之30種市售捲菸產品，其標示均符合「菸害防制法」規定，於菸品容器上以中文標示其尼古丁及焦油含量，其尼古丁及焦油含量檢測值，亦均符合行政院衛生署公告之捲菸最高含量標準。
在數據品質保證方面，參加第12屆(2004/2005)亞洲菸品共同試驗結果均屬滿意；同時捲菸主煙流中尼古丁及焦油含量之檢測，業已通過全國認證基金會(Taiwan Accreditation Foundation, TAF)之認證及94年度之再評鑑，顯示檢測數據之準確性是可信的。

Thirty cigarette samples, including 9 domestic and 21 imported cigarettes were analyzed in this study. Nicotine yields of 30 cigarettes ranged from 0.12 to 1.25 mg/cig. Corresponding tar yields ranged from 1.35 to 14.81 mg/cig. The nicotine and tar yields of all samples comply with the regulations of ”The Tobacco Hazards Prevention and Control Act”. The carbon monoxide yields of the 30 cigarettes ranged from 1.57 to 13.28 mg/cig. To improve the accuracy of tested data, our laboratory attended the 12(superscript th) ACS collaborative study and received satisfactory results. In addition, our laboratory also pass the recertification of TAF this year.
