市售乾豆類重金屬含量背景資料之建立

Investigation of the Levels of Heavy Metals in the Dried Beans in Taiwan Area

摘要


為了解國內生產乾豆類之重金屬鎘(Cd)及鉛(Pb)背景值含量,本研究於民國95年8月至95年12月間由嘉義、台南、高雄及屏東地區採集市售乾豆類檢體15件,進行背景值的含量分析。本研究以微波消化法分解消化檢體後,利用感應耦合電漿質譜儀分析檢體中之鎘及鉛元素。經以標準參考物質橄欖葉(olive leaves)確認方法後,應用此方法檢驗所抽樣的15件乾豆類檢體,其鎘含量總平均值為0.027 μg/g (0.002~0.089 μg/g),鉛含量總平均值為0.012 μg/g (N.D.~0.039 μg/g)。檢驗結果顯示,15件乾豆類鎘及鉛含量均低於國際食品標準委員會所訂定黃豆中鎘、鉛之最大限量0.2 mg/kg。

A microwave digestion method was applied for the complete decomposition of dried bean samples collected from various areas in Taiwan from August to December, 2006. The analysis was performed using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) for the determination of cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb). The method was evaluated by using the standard reference material of olive leaves. 15 dried beans were examined by this method, it is shown that total average contents of Cd and Pb in 15 bean samples were 0.027 μg/g (0.002∼0.089 μg/g) and 0.012 μg/g (N.D.∼0.039 μg/g), respectively. All the levels of Cd and Pb in dried beans were below the maximum allowed levels of 0.2 mg/kg in soybean set by Codex.
