食品中動物用藥Quinolone類之殘留調查

Survey of Quinolone Residues in Foods

摘要


為了解禽肉及水產食品動物用藥殘留之衛生安全,本局委請各縣市衛生局於95年2至6月間,自超級市場、大賣場與傳統市場等地,共抽樣禽畜水產品51件;其中包括鵝肉10件、雞肉10件、雞內臟10件、烏骨雞10件及香魚11件,以衛生署公告之高效液相層析法(high performance liquidchromatography, HPLC)檢測quinolone類抗菌劑之殘留情形,並配合液相層析串聯式質譜儀(liquidchromatograph/tandem mass spectrometer, LC/MS/MS)進行確認,於3件烏骨雞及2件香魚檢體檢出enrofloxacin,檢出濃度範圍為0.014~0.438 ppm。檢出不合格之檢體及供貨來源,已由農政機關依「動物藥品管理法」處以罰鍰,並加強源頭養殖戶用藥管理。

In order to examine quinolone antibacterial residues in poultry and aquatic products in Taiwan, local health bureaus where coordinated to sample the marketed products including goose, chicken, poultry innards, black-boned chicken and sweet fish (ayu) from the supermarkets, warehouse stores and traditional markets. The residual quinolone in samples was analyzed by HPLC method, which was promulgated by the Department of Health, and confirmed by liquid chromatography/ tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS). The results showed that 3 black-boned chicken and 2 sweet fish samples contained enrofloxacin, which is forbidden in livestock and aquatic products, at concentrations ranging from 0.014 to 0.438 ppm. The non-compliant products were reported to the local enforcement authorities, tracked down to their supply source and fined according to the Veterinary Drugs Control Act.
