食米中重金屬(鎘、汞、鉛)含量之調查

The Investigation on Heavy Metals (Cadmium, Mercury and Lead) in Rice

為瞭解臺灣地區生產之食米中重金屬(鎘、汞、鉛)含量之現況,於民國97年3月至10月間,由各縣市衛生局至其轄區,包括台北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣、基隆市、宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、台東縣、苗栗縣、台中縣、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣(市)、台南縣、高雄縣、屏東縣等之碾米廠抽樣一、二期作之食米檢體,分別為75件及86件,共161件,送至本局及中、南、東檢驗站,並依行政院衛生署公告方法進行分析檢驗。檢測結果,鎘含量總平均值為0.05 ppm (未檢出~0.12 ppm),汞含量總平均值為0.002 ppm(未檢出~0.011 ppm),鉛含量總平均值為0.03 ppm(未檢出~0.09 ppm)。其中第一期作食米檢體,鎘之平均含量為0.05 ppm(未檢出~0.12 ppm),汞之平均含量為0.003 ppm(未檢出~0.011 ppm),鉛之平均含量為0.03 ppm(未檢出~0.07 ppm);第二期作食米檢體,鎘之平均含量為0.05 ppm(0.004~0.12 ppm),汞之平均含量為0.002 ppm(未檢出~0.008 ppm),鉛之平均含量為0.03ppm(未檢出~0.09 ppm)。161件食米檢驗之鎘、汞及鉛含量之檢驗結果均未超出行政院衛生署公告之「食米重金屬限量標準」(鎘0.4 ppm以下,汞0.05 ppm以下,鉛0.2 ppm以下)。

In order to understand the contents of heavy metals (cadmium, mercury and lead) of rice in Taiwan, rice samples from the rice millers were collected from March to October, 2008. Seventy-five samples of the first crop rice and eighty-six samples of the second crop rice were analyzed. The results showed that the total average content of cadmium in rice was 0.05 ppm (N.D.~0.12 ppm), the total average content of mercury was 0.002 ppm (N.D.~0.011 ppm) and the total average content of lead was 0.03 ppm (N.D.~0.09 ppm). The average contents of cadmium, mercury and lead for the first crop rice were 0.05 ppm (N.D.~0.12 ppm), 0.003 ppm (N.D.~0.011 ppm) and 0.03 ppm (N.D.~0.07 ppm), respectively. The average contents of cadmium, mercury and lead for the second crop rice were 0.05 ppm (0.004~0.12 ppm), 0.002 ppm (N.D.~0.008 ppm) and 0.03 ppm (N.D.~0.09 ppm), respectively. In this investigation, all rice samples have shown for good safety and under control. The contents of cadmium, mercury and lead in rice were all in compliance with the regulation, set by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan.
