The objective of this study was to investigate the visitors' satisfaction on Lin-Mei Stone Trail during summer vacation. Visitors' satisfaction survey questionnaire was constructed, after a thorough literature review, and commenced during 2005 summer vacation. 244 completed questionnaires were summarized to analyze the visitors' satisfaction on Lin-Mei Stone Trail. This study found that subjects gave visitors better satisfaction including trail's landscape, guidepost, parkway, and narration bulletin. Overall visitors' satisfaction averaged 82.96. Visitors' background significantly impacted touring motives. In addition, visiting motivation significantly influence visitors' satisfactions as well. Significant differences of revisiting willingness were found being caused by visitors' overall satisfaction. Above findings warrants further attention from responsible agencies.
