臺灣土肉桂種源庫之設置-葉子精油成分與化學多態性分析

Set-up of the Source Bank of Cinnamomum osmophloeum-Chemical Polymorphism and Composition of Leaf Essential Oils

摘要


土肉桂(Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh.)為臺灣固有樹種,為了在臺大實驗林設置種源庫,乃分析所收集土肉桂葉子精油之化學成分,並確認其化學品系。本試驗利用水蒸餾法萃取20種不同來源之土肉桂葉子精油,經氣相層析-質譜儀(GC-MS)分析共鑑定出54種化合物,精油成分以trans-Cinnamaldehyde、Cinnamyl acetate、Linalool、D-(+)-Camphor、1,8-Cineole、T-Cadinol與α-Cadinol為主。不同來源土肉桂葉子精油經氣相層析-質譜儀分析與群團分析後,依精油組成分種類與其相對含量可分為5種化學品系:桂皮醛型、枷羅木醇型、樟腦型、桂皮醛-桂皮乙酸酯型與混合型。

Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh. is an endemic tree species in Taiwan. For the set-up of its source bank at the experimental forest of National Taiwan University, it is essential to study the chemical compositions of leaf essential oils from C. osmophloeum and also to confirm their chemical polymorphism. Leaf essential oils from twenty different sources of C. osmophloeum were obtained by water distillation and their chemical constituents were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Fifty-four compounds were identified from C. osmophloeum leaf essential oil. Main constituents in leaf essential oil were trans-cinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl acetate, linalool, D-(+)-camphor, 1,8-cineole, T-cadinol and α-cadinol. Thus, based on the chemical compositions of leaf essential oils and their relative contents obtained from GC-MS analyses and cluster analysis, these twenty different sources could be classified into five chemotypes-cinnamaldehyde type, linalool type, camphor type, cinnamaldehyde/cinnamyl acetate type and mixed type.
