摘要


本研究以牛糞為材料,分別在不同炭化溫度(500、550、600°C)與活化溫度(750、800、850°C)之條件以水蒸氣活化法製備活性碳,探討其孔隙性質。結果顯示,牛糞活性碳之收率介於為4.45~24.46 %,其受炭化溫度與活化溫度所影響。而以炭化溫度500°C、活化溫度750°C者最高,達24.46 %;pH介於10.41~11.54之間;碘值為379.4~661.9mg/g,亞甲基藍吸附量為245.1~829.4mg/g;BET比表面積為349~587m^2/g,孔隙結構均以微孔為主。又知活性碳之pH、碘值、亞甲基藍吸附值、BET比表面積均隨活化溫度上升,而有提高之趨勢。

In this study, activated carbons were produced with steam activation from cattle manure at different levels of carbonization temperatures (500, 550 and 600°C) and activation temperatures (750, 800 and 850°C). The pore structure of the activated carbons was investigated. The results showed that the yields of cattle manure-made activated carbons were ranged from 4.45% to 24.46%. The activated carbon made at carbonization temperature of 500°C and activation temperature of 750°C had the highest yield (24.46%). The pH value of activated carbons varied in the range from 10.41 to 11.54; iodine value and methylene blue value were 379.4~661.9mg/g and 245.1~829.4mg/g, respectively; BET specific surface area were between 349~587m^2/g, and the pore structure were belonged to micropores. With the activation temperatures increasing, the pH, iodine value, methylene blue value and specific surface area of cattle manure-made activated carbon increased as well.
