溪頭不同林型土壤節肢動物之初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Soil Arthropods of Different Forest Types in Xitou, Taiwan

本研究以臺大實驗林溪頭營林區內天文臺周邊之3種林型(柳杉林、天然闊葉林與竹林)為樣區,探討不同林型之土壤節肢動物組成與多樣性。每1林型選取5個樣點,分別以掉落式陷阱(pitfall trap)和落葉袋採集法(Winkler bag),於2016年1月至8月每月調查1次及2017年1月至9月每2個月調查1次,共調查13次,包括390個樣本數,分別為195個掉落式陷阱和195個落葉袋。所採集節肢動物共24,960隻個體數,分屬於6綱22目。其中節肢動物數量以天然闊葉林最多,其次是柳杉林,竹林最少。優勢類群在天然闊葉林及柳杉林皆為彈尾目,其次是膜翅目,而竹林的優勢類群則為雙翅目,個體數高於彈尾目和膜翅目。

This study was carried out at Xitou Experimental Forest of National Taiwan University, including three forest types: Cryptomeria japonica, natural broad-leaved forest and Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens), to investigate the arthropods composition and diversity in soils of different forest types. Five sample points were randomly chosen in each forest type, and samples were collected with pitfall traps and Winkler bags. We collected once every month from January to August, 2016 and once every 2 months from January to September, 2017 for a total of 13 times with 390 samples collected, for which 195 were collected by pitfall traps and 195 by Winkler bags. A total of 24,960 arthropods were recorded and belong to 6 classes, and 22 orders. The results showed that arthropod number was the highest in the natural broad-leaved forest, followed by Cryptomeria japonica and Moso bamboo. Collembola was appeared to be the dominant order in the natural broad-leaved forest and Cryptomeria japonica, followed by Hymenoptera, while in Moso bamboo, Diptera was the dominant one that had more individuals than Collembola and Hymenoptera.
