羅娜臺灣杉生態保育區預定地大型真菌調查

Investigation of Macrofungi in the Proposed Luona Taiwania Ecological Conservation Area

摘要


本研究於2017年至臺大實驗林羅娜臺灣杉生態保育區預定地內,以穿越線調查法(transect)進行大型真菌相調查,並完成種間之鑑定。共記錄22屬26種大型真菌,其中,大蓋小皮傘、淡黃木層孔菌、南方靈芝等3種廣泛分布且出現頻率高,為優勢種,次優勢菌種則有木耳、光輪層炭殼菌、重傘靈芝、純白微皮傘、枝狀微皮傘、黏小奧德蘑、金絲趨木菌等7種。此外,羅娜地區亦為珍貴及稀有大型真菌-牛樟芝的重要自然棲息地之一。其大型真菌資源具有豐富之開發潛力及價值性,例如食用及藥用真菌共計17種。而本研究發現本區物種數與相對濕度、最低溫度及降雨量等3個氣候因子具有顯著正相關性。其調查結果可供未來設置生態保育區參考,並建議管理單位進行長期監測研究,以深入了解中海拔大型真菌多樣性之維護。

The investigation of macrofungi was performed once a month in the proposed Luona Taiwania Ecological Conservation Area of the Experimental Forest of National Taiwan University in 2017. A total of 26 species in 22 genera of macrofungi were collected and identified. Among them, three major dominant species of macrofungi were found in Luona Taiwania natural forests, including Marasmius maximus, Phellinus gilvus, and Ganoderma australe. Moreover, there were seven subdominant species of macrofungi, including Auricularia heimuer, Daldinia eschscholtzii, G. multipileum, Marasmiellus candidus, M. dendroegrus, Mucidula mucida, and Xylobolus spectabilis. In addition, the Luona area is one of the significant natural habitats for the precious macrofungus, Taiwanofungus camphoratus. The resources of macrofungi in the Luona area have rich development potential and value. For example, it contains 17 edible and medicinal fungi species. We also found that the number of macrofungal species has significant positive correlations with three climatic factors of relative humidity, minimum temperature, and rainfall. Based on the investigation results, this study can be used as a reference for establishing the ecological conservation area in the future. We recommend the administration to conduct long-term monitoring researches to strengthen our knowledge in the maintenance of mid-altitude macrofungal diversity.
