百喜草之育種行為研究 1.數量性狀之相關關係
STUDIES ON BREEDING BEHAVIOR OF BAHIA GRASS. 1. Correlation of quantitative characters
摘要
使用百喜草14個品系進行生育特性之調査，並分析其育種行爲結果：在生育初期各性狀之表現易受環境之影響，遺傳率低，性狀間之關係不密切。而在後期則遺傳率較高，性狀間之關係呈顯著正相關。綜合分析性狀間之關係，發現優良遺傳因子型必須是初期側芽多，生長量弱，而後期伸長快，生長量旺盛者。

Fourteen Bahia grass cultivars were used to study the genetie variability, heritability and correlation of characters. Heritability values of most characters were lower at early growth duration and the correlation coefficients were not significant too. However, the high heritability values and positively correlation of most characters were estimated at late growth duration. Futher study on principal components analysis showed that superior genotype line) must have to more lateral buds and lower vegetative vigor at early growth duration, but the lateral bud must have to rapid growth and high vegetative vigor at late growth duration.
