坡地開發與水文環境變化

CHANGES OF HYDROLOGIC ENVIRONMENT IN SLOPELAND DEVELOPMENT

摘要


本省平地土地資源有限,為適應經濟發展,勢必需求開發利用更多之坡地。坡地開發將破壞原有植生與地貌,造成土壤入滲能力減低,逕流量與洪峰流量增加,集流時間縮短,逕流係數增加及土壤加冲蝕等現象。為減輕坡地開發對水文環境之衝擊,惟有事前審慎的規劃予以適宜妥善之水土保持措施,事後仔細的維護且長期的追蹤評估,方才能有效的開發山坡地,又達成山坡地資源保育的目標。

The land resources on the plain zone are rather limited in Taiwan. To match the economic development, slopeland development and use will be furthered in the future. Alongside the slopeland development, forest vegetation and terrain have suffered a great damage, resulting in decreased infiltration capacity, much more runoff, higher peak flow, shorter concentration time, increased runoff coefficient and accelerated soil erosion. For readucing the impact of slopeland development on hydrologic environment, soil and water conservation should be strengthened through detailed planning, careful maintenance and long-term impact assessment. In doing so, effective slopeland development could be achieved. At same time, slopeland resources, conservation could be reached.
