大面積坡地開發對水量影響之研究

The Effects of Large-Scale Slopeland Development on Water Quantity

摘要


本文以臨界流流速法對大面積坡地開發進行逕流觀測;並由澳洲CSIRO建立之邏輯性入滲公式進行現場量測。由設於苗栗縣苑裡鎮之大型坡地開發進行現場量測結果,臨界流流速法可提供爲另一種有救的大面積逕流觀測技術,改善量水堰板精度不足之問題。並得到開發裸露地之入滲率有明顯減少,且減少其地下水補注機能。而HEC-1運動波模式模擬開發對逕流總量之影響尙稱良好,此法可提供爲坡地開發調節池容量設計時之技術規範之一。

This paper uses critical flow velocity method to observe runoff in large-scale slopeland development areas. The CSIRO logic infiltration formula of Australia is used to evaluate the field infiltration rate also. From the field observation of large-scale slopeland development area in Yuan-Li town, Miao-Lih county, the results indicated that the critical flow velocity method is an effective technique for measuring runoff in large-scale slopeland development areas, and improving the observation accuracy of weir; the infiltration rate on developed bare land has decreased significantly. In addition, the recharge to groundwater has been reduced. HEC-1 kinematic wave model has also been successfully applied to simulate the influence of slopeland development on runoff.
