應用地理資訊系統建立台灣南部土壤沖蝕資料庫系統之研究

摘要


本研究利用地理資訊系統(Geographic Information System,CIS)將國內有關土壤沖蝕研究成果與空間資訊作一緊密結合,並撰寫中文化使用者介面程式,以建立台灣南部地區之土壤沖蝕資料庫,讓使用者能在最短的時間內,從資料庫中擷取土壤沖蝕資料及相關地理環境資訊,再與沖蝕電腦模式結合,以估測土壤沖蝕量,進而建立及改進更適合台灣地區的土壤沖蝕預估模式,以落實台灣地區土壤沖蝕防治及水土保持工作。

Soil erosion prediction in Taiwan is based on USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation). The affecting factors in the USIE are rainfall and runoff factor, soil readability factor, slop length factor, cover and management factor and support practice factor. Several researches have been carried out on the significance of factors in USLE. The results of these research work have significant contribution to the study of soil erosion prediction. In this study, Geographic Information System (GIS) has been used to combine the spatial information with factors affecting the USLE. A GIS based soil erosion database has been built for south of Taiwan. A user interface system has also been developed (in Chinese) to couple with the database. This system provides fast and accurate data for soil erosion prediction models. Based on this information, a better performance and improvement on the development of slope-lands and conservation of soil and water can be achieved. With the application of this tool it will be possible to predict and fix the soil erosion problems in advance.
