3S技術應用於台灣礦區之空間資訊調查

The 3S (GIS, GPS, RS) Application for Investigating the Geo-spatial Data of Mines in Taiwan

摘要


煤礦資源曾經在台灣經濟成長的貢獻上扮演了重要的角色,從民生所需到工業發展都是不可或缺者。近年來,在高度土地開發利用下,鄰近都會區的舊礦區往往許多人為設施、建物亦在不知情的狀況下逐漸暴露出潛在安全問題。因此由經濟部礦務局、中國文化大學地質學系以及台灣大學地理環境資源學系等研究團隊完成台北市、台北縣以及基隆市三縣市之煤礦資源坑口及礦渣堆調查。同時在GIS環境下進行礦區坑道之初步安全評估以提高成果之精度及其利用價值,希望能提供給政府相關部門在礦區管理、國土開發利用以及防災規劃上最完整的資訊。

In Taiwan, there are many abandoned mines located in both urban and rural areas. Most of them were not reclaimed. Since the problems of management and environment in such area should be concerned. In order to provide an efficient way to deal with such problems, we integrate the 3S (GIS-GPS-RS) technologies through the platform PDA and make it friendly operated. The geo-spatial data such as stopes of extracted mine, locations of adits (or shafts) as well as wasted dumps can be uploaded into database and provide optimal decisions for the government.
