摘要


海岸地形變遷攸關國土之保育。近年來花蓮沿海之地形變遷甚劇,本文根據現場實際調査、量測之地形圖,整理分析其變化特性。結果發現:若以化仁海堤北段爲界,其變化趨勢大致上爲北淤南侵。爲明瞭海岸變遷之水理機制,本文以RCPWAVE波場模式、改良之HHM模式及擬似三維海岸水動力計算模式等模擬沿海之流況,藉以明瞭水流與海岸互動之關係。流況模擬之結果,與海岸變遷之趨勢是一致的,文中亦發現美崙溪口附近之流況,在季節波浪之影響下,水流持續沿岸而上,並在此轉角處流速變緩,因而泥砂容易沉積,長期累積的效果將造成河口淤積,此點與歷年河口地形的變化十分吻合。

The coastal topographical variation is much related to the conservation of national land. The coast line of Hua-lien has changed a lot in recent years. If the northern part of Hua-jen jetty is taken as a division, the Hua-lien coast could almost be regarded as deposition in the north and scouring in the south. This study adopts three models including the RCPWAVE model, the modified HHM and a quasi-three dimensional coastal hydrodynamic model to simulate the flow near the shore of Hua-lien. The results show that the variation trend between the flow and the coast is in good agreement. The flow controlled by seasonal waves will move northward along the coast and slow down around the estuary of Mei-luan Creek, resulting in deposition of sand drift in the long run.
