山崩機制調查技術於大規模崩塌區之應用案例介紹

摘要


臺灣地區因特殊地形地質條件,加上多雨多地震之促崩因子條件下,致使山崩、地滑及土石流等坡地災害常重複發生,其中又以大規模山崩之危害度最大,一旦發生在人口聚集處將造成生命財產嚴重損失,如2009年莫拉克風災期間所發生之小林村滅村之災害甚為嚴重。也因而開啟了諸多大規模崩塌調查及觀測計畫。本研究彙整各調查及觀測技術,並簡述調查技術運用於潛在山崩區之整治工程案例。

Due to the special geological conditions of Taiwan, with triggering factors such as rain and earthquake, landslides occur frequently. In particular, large-scale landslides can result in serious casualties and economic losses. In 2009, the heavy rainfall during Typhoon Morakot led to substantial losses. After the disaster, many plans to survey large-scale potential landslides were released. This study introduces cases of landslide investigation.
